Yoga is another good exercise. I've never met anyone that doesn't enjoy yoga. It has been said that yoga is more than a method of teaching. More than 15 million people in the world practice this exercise. But why is yoga so good for you? Yoga lowers stress and improves your mood. It also allows you to feel relaxed. If you get home from school, had a hectic day, yoga would be your best choice. It will make your day 10 times better. Yoga also boosts confidence. The process works by releasing tension from your mind so you can feel confident about your physical body. Many other exercises may cause more risk than normal. Yoga lowers the risk of injury. It unites your body and mind and therefore allows you to move in a way that results in an injury free, healthier you. Yoga also help you lose weight. Practicing yoga enables you to bring a deep sense of relaxation to your body and your mind, helping you distress and allowing you to lose the weight naturally. It also allows you to improve muscle tone and strength. The standing poses strengthen your upper leg muscles and lower back. If you are having posture problems, doing yoga can be able to avoid this. Why do people say swimming is one of the best workouts? The true is that swimming is a total body workout. Swimming covers everything from sculpting your back to toning your arms without using any types of weights. You don't even need a plan for working out. Doing the four stoke work outs strengthens the entire body. Running sometimes can be too much on your body, so on your rest days you can do swimming. Equipment can get expensive, the good thing about swimming is you don't really need any type of equipment. Swimming is also a great way to burn calories. An hour of moderate swimming can burn around 500 calories. Swimming is the ultimate aerobic activity. there is more breath control compared to running. The best part of swimming is its the most refreshing of all. Not all its refreshing its also fun. That is why swimming is one of the best exercises!

Running can improve your health and well-being ."The biggest benefits come from vigorous exercise like running," says JoAnn Manson, M.D. Running can be difficult, but once you have the right pace, you will end up to start enjoying it. Studies have shown that running can help prevent obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, some cancers, and many other things. Scientists have shown that running also improves the quality of your emotional and mental life, and even helps you live longer. Running can make you happier, helps you get skinnier, strengthen your knees, keep you sharper,reduces the risk of cancer, and add years to your life.

Today, I will be talking about a detox diet. It has been proven that with the right about of exercise and of course, you have to eat right, you can lose weight and be healthier than ever. Most detoxs don't taste great, but once you start drinking it, you get use to it. I started it three days ago and at first i thought it was the grossest thing I had ever tasted. But now, I'm so use to it, that it actually taste good to me. The detox consist of water, ice, cucumbers, lemons, mint, and you can add any fruit that you like. Lemons helps to stimulate and regulate your digestive system. Mint leaves adds a refreshing flavor to your drink. Cucumbers give you excellent rehydration. Not only does this help with your health but it gives you the extra vitamins you need for your body. That is why it is so great to drink this detox. You should try it!

Everyone wants to be fit. But everyone has a reason to not exercise. Its either they don't have any time or they are lazy. I have decided that this blog is going to be about different exercises and diets. Today the topic is abs and cardio. I believe focusing on abs is very hard because the exercises could be very difficult. You have to really push yourself and not give up. When doing abs you have to be careful with the position of your neck. If you do the wrong movement, you can pressure your neck and it can be very painful. You have to be aware of the movements you do. Another aspect of abs, you have to challenge yourself through out the entire workout. And like any other workout, you have to be continuously. For cardio, you usually can run for 15 minutes and within those 15 minute, you can't stop if you can't run, at least jog. You want that good body. you have to go through the pain. Like they say "No pain, no game."
