Everyone wants to be fit. But everyone has a reason to not exercise. Its either they don't have any time or they are lazy. I have decided that this blog is going to be about different exercises and diets. Today the topic is abs and cardio. I believe focusing on abs is very hard because the exercises could be very difficult. You have to really push yourself and not give up. When doing abs you have to be careful with the position of your neck. If you do the wrong movement, you can pressure your neck and it can be very painful. You have to be aware of the movements you do. Another aspect of abs, you have to challenge yourself through out the entire workout. And like any other workout, you have to be continuously. For cardio, you usually can run for 15 minutes and within those 15 minute, you can't stop if you can't run, at least jog. You want that good body. you have to go through the pain. Like they say "No pain, no game."
